Healthy Options Holidays offers a programme of yoga, pilates, fitness classes and much more.

We are based on the beautiful island of Lefkas in Greece’s Ionian sea where we have been running dinghy, catamaran sailing and windsurfing holidays for the past twenty one years.

The Healthy Option programme is designed for people from all walks of life who are interested in a healthy lifestyle and want more from their holiday than simply lying on a beach.

Our flexible approach is designed to help you relax and offers you practical advice on how to improve your health an vitality.

Unlike many healthy holidays we want you to enjoy your time with us to the full and we won’t be waking you up at dawn for your yoga classes, nor making you feel guilty about having a glass of wine or two.

It’s your holiday after all, so feel free to join in as much or as little as you like.

• T’ai Chi and body balancing
• Herbal walk in the interior of the island
• Aqua-safari snorkelling and dolphin spotting
• Cycling in the nearby orange and olive groves

We are situated right on the beach alongside the Wildwind sailing centre in the idyllic , unspoilt fishing village of Vassiliki.   From your first breath of Mediterranean sea air and a welcome drink you’ll find our centre an easy place to meet people and make friends.

Though all of the classes and activities are given in English (with the exception of the herbal walk by Brigitte who is German and married to a Greek man) the centre has an international flavour with a mixture of English, German, Dutch and Swedish clients in general…though we also welcome guests from further afield!

Our accommodations are in simple family run Greek hotels and are on a ‘room only’ basis, though our two beach bars serve meals all day and the village’s tavernas and restaurants are but a few minutes walk away.

Prices start at 394 euros per person per week and include accommodation and the Health Options programme consisting a minimum of 10 yoga and 6 pilates classes, 5 fitness and body conditioning classes, herbal walk, valley walk, aqua-safari, guided cycling tour and free access to our mountain bikes, sailing taster session and ½ hour free massage. 

All guests are also invited to join in our informal ‘social’ programme which includes BBQ and cocktail nights with live music.
