Holiday Information
Prices are per person based on two people sharing a room (or a single person in a twin room on a 'twin-share' basis) including return flights from Gatwick to Prevesa on Sunday day flights, overseas transfers (approx 1 ¼ hrs), accommodation with en-suite facilities on a room only basis and the Healthy Options programme. The programme comprises up to 5 daily yoga & body conditioning classes, (6 days/week), 5 pilates classes a week, aqua-aerobic classes, belly dancing classes, simple nutritional advice and 1/2 hour massage. In addition also included is a guided valley walk, a 3 island aqua-safari excursion including snorkeling, sailing & kayaking taster sessions, a guided cycle tour (and free access to our bikes throughout your stay). On the two week programme only one aqua-safari is included. No food or drink is included in the holidays or on any of the walks, excursions or tours.
Payments Terms
The balance of the holiday cost shown on the Confirmation/Invoice must be paid in full not later than 9 weeks before the date of departure. If the booking is made 9 weeks or less before the departure date the full amount of the cost of the holiday is due immediately. Please note that where deposit/full/balance payments are made by any type of debit or credit card a 3% charge will be levied towards the cost of merchant charges incurred by us – details will be shown on the Confirmation / Invoice. |
Such a charge would not apply to payments by cheque or cash or internet banking within the UK. If the balance is not received 9 weeks before departure then Healthy Options reserves the right to treat the booking as cancelled and levy cancellation charges as detailed in paragraph 6. Where Healthy Options purchases, on behalf of the Client, flight seats on routes/days not normally operated by Healthy Options or from airlines where larger than usual deposits are required, it reserves the right to request the client to pay a larger deposit in order to secure those seats for the Client. Where applicable this will be advised to the Client before the Client makes a booking.
Accommodation
The prices are based on our on site Kavadaos ground floor rooms - simple twin and double bedded rooms. These rooms do not have air-conditioning. All other accommodation options on-site or adjacent site have air-conditioning - supplements for these are shown below the Price Panel.
Single Rooms
We have no single rooms, only rooms for twin occupancy. For persons travelling alone, or the odd member of a party, willing to share with another client (same sex) the basic price applies on our Twin Share basis.
